Here at FantasyBelle we provide free shipping on all orders.

    **Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.**

We here at FantasyBelle are not responsible for any shipping delays or errors due to incorrect address information entered by the customer.

                                        Shipping times:

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days after an order is placed. Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number via email, that will allow you to follow the progress of your package. Delivery dates vary based on location.

*Any delivery dates shown on the site or provided after checkout are estimates. Periodic delays may occur.        


Return and Exchange

Refund & Exhange Policy

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to request a refund or exchange.

After your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions for sending the items to our US returns facility. You will have 14 days from the date of approval to ship back your return. Late returns will not be refunded.

*Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.

*We are not responsible for any shipping or packaging costs 

   associated with sending or processing returns*

 *All returns domestic or international must be returned to our U.S.

-Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and may take up to 7 business days for processing.

-We strongly suggest using a shipping method with tracking as we are not responsible for any lost or untraceable returns.

*Failure to adhere to the terms of the refund policy will result in your refund request being denied.*

Incorrect or Damaged items

In the instance that you have received an incorrect or damaged item/items, please contact us within 14 days of having received your order. Provide your order number along with photos of the incorrect or damaged item/s and we will work to ensure that you receive the correct order as swiftly as possible.
